What we collect
This is a static informational website. We do not run user accounts, comments, or an online checkout, and we do not sell anything through this site. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us:
- Contact form. When you submit the form on our Contact Us page we receive the name, company name, email address, phone number and message you enter, so that we can reply to your enquiry.
- Email. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that message.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and to carry on the resulting business conversation. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.
Form handling and hosting
The site is hosted on Netlify, and contact form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms before being forwarded to us. Netlify therefore acts as a processor of the data you submit and stores it on our behalf. Our host also records standard server request logs, which may include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no analytics or third-party tracking scripts. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s servers when you view a page.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions and emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to meet our ordinary business and record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@janfruits.com and we will action your request.
