Our company’s love story with providing fresh overseas produce began over 30 years ago in the 1980s. Growing up, I enjoyed helping my father with his agricultural export business in Taiwan. Over time, I developed a growing curiosity for this industry, as I watched him interact closely with farmers to select the choicest crops. After graduating from college, I relocated to America and worked in the produce department of a major Asian grocery supermarket. There, I was delighted to work with native fruits and produce from my homeland that I dearly missed. In this foreign land, the sweet taste of lychee and Asian pear reminded me of wonderful childhood memories. Enjoying these familiar products provided me great emotional comfort and delight, miles away from my homeland. Truly, they had the power to nourish my body, as well as my soul.

My passion to share this experience with others gave birth to our company, Jan Fruits, in 2000. Since then, I have worked tirelessly with growers overseas, especially in Asia, to deliver premium crops to the American market. Our commitment to sourcing the highest quality fruits from around the world has helped us expand into a leading distributor. Through our growth, we have stayed committed to the core values of our company-providing international produce marked by premium selection and quality.
